Introduction
Proximity Media is an award-winning production company co-founded by acclaimed filmmaker Ryan Coogler. Known for producing culturally impactful and box-office hits like Judas and the Black Messiah (6 Oscar nominations, 2 wins), Creed III, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Space Jam: A New Legacy, Proximity has quickly cemented its status as a creative force in Hollywood.
We partnered with long-time collaborator Studio Rodrigo to help bring their new website to life.
Our Role
Having worked closely with Studio Rodrigo on several past projects, we were brought in early to help conceptualize the splash experience that greets users on their first visit—along with interactive easter eggs woven throughout the site. From there, we led the Webflow development, leveraging CMS and reusable components to ensure the Proximity team could easily manage and scale their content.
Results
The new website gave Proximity Media a bold, modern platform that captures their creative identity. The interactive elements added a unique personality to the experience, while the CMS and modular components build made ongoing updates simple—helping the team showcase their work with clarity and ease.
