Little Otter is a digital mental health platform offering personalized, evidence-based care for children and their families. Founded by child psychiatrist Dr. Helen Egger and her daughter Rebecca Egger, the platform combines virtual therapy, parent coaching, psychiatric support, and AI-powered tools into a single, accessible experience. With over 25,000 families served, Little Otter is redefining how mental health care is delivered across generations.

We partnered with Studio Rodrigo to design, develop, and launch a new website for Little Otter in time for their latest funding round announcement. Our work included a full migration from Wix to Webflow—ensuring the brand’s evolving story could be communicated with clarity, warmth, and flexibility.

Successfully migrating over 400 CMS items from Wix while minimizing SEO impact required careful planning and execution. The result was a fast, scalable, and easy-to-manage site that supported Little Otter’s continued growth and made a strong impression during a key public milestone.
